Aaimpa' Café

The Aaimpa' (“a place to eat”) Café serves traditional Chickasaw fare and American specialties.

 


  • 10:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. Tuesday through Friday
  • 10:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Saturday
  • 12:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. Sunday

Some of the menu items are cooked with homegrown vegetables, herbs and fruits from the Center’s gardens. The menu features appetizers, entrees, salads, sandwiches, soups, lunch specials, children’s meals and desserts.

On special occasions, you can try the grape dumplings, Indian fry bread, buffalo dishes, Indian tacos and pishofa.

Groups

Please pre-order group meals 48 hours in advance.

Place orders by calling 580-622-7130 and asking for the Café.

Traditional Chickasaw fare served at the Aaimpa' Café include grape dumplings, Indian fry bread, pishofa, and burgers and chili made from buffalo meat. Please call for menu selections, pricing or to arrange a tasting.
