Masking is optional for guests who visit the Cultural Center Campus. We encourage the use of masks for patrons who may be medically vulnerable. The Chickasaw Nation Department of Health is actively monitoring risk levels and may update the masking status as necessary. Should the number of COVID-19 cases increase, required masking may be implemented throughout campus.

Hand sanitizing stations are located throughout the campus; we encourage guests to use them frequently. 

If you have any of the following symptoms on the day you plan to visit, please consider visiting us on another day. 

• Fever 
• Cold or Flu like symptoms 
• Cough 
• Shortness of breath
• Headache
• Nausea or vomiting 
• Direct exposure to any contacts with COVID-19 within the last 14 days 

Guests:

Individuals and groups are welcome to the Chickasaw Cultural Center. Currently, group tours are limited to 25 people per group. Group tours must make a reservation.

Building capacity:

Each building occupancy is monitored for capacity and to allow for safe distancing. On a day we have a large volume of guests, you may need to wait a few moments before entering a building.

Safety enhancements:

We have created an enhanced safety environment for your visit. These enhancements include: 

• Installed plexiglass shields at all counters. 
• Installed plexiglass shields in golf carts.
• Installed QR Codes to allow touchless information.
• Increased number of hand sanitizing stations.
• Limited number of visitors inside buildings. 
• Created application to ensure buildings do not exceed capacity.
